There’s always I think an intensity to your poems, some more subtle than others, again this poem also shows another fine example of intense feeling(s) and imagery alike. 🌹Brava.

The colour black is hard for me to actually write about. Almost as if it is the colour of nothing. So many words have a better ‘feel’ of black, darkness or shadow. Whatever is written, by anyone, it is always about feelings. Always!
